About BRV Deals

BRV Deals is a local shopping deals platform operated by BRV SmartAI India Private Limited ("BRV SmartAI"). Our platform enables shop owners and businesses to create profiles and publish digital promotional offers to reach nearby customers.

Eligibility & Use

The BRV Deals Partner App is strictly for business owners and authorized representatives of textile shops or relevant retail businesses. By using the app, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business entity mentioned in your profile.

Account Access & Security

Access to our Partner App is authorized through OTP-based mobile authentication. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your mobile login and account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security related to your business login.

Uploaded Content Responsibility

When managing your store profile, product catalog, and offers, you are responsible for:

• Accuracy: Ensuring that all store details, product information, and pricing are accurate and not misleading.
• Compliance: Guaranteeing that your promotional offers comply with all local laws and regulations.
• Media Rights: Ensuring you have the legal right to use all images, logos, and content uploaded to the platform.
• Fairness: Fulfilling promotional offers as published on the platform for any customers who present them.

Prohibited Conduct

Misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading fraudulent offers, publishing unauthorized third-party content, attempting to bypass security mechanisms, or using the platform for non-business-related promotional purposes.

Suspension & Termination

BRV SmartAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the BRV Deals platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

BRV SmartAI provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services. We are not liable for any business loss, store revenue impact, or loss of data related to the use or inability to use the BRV Deals platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
